In 2016, Korosh Farazad consolidated international entities under Farazad Group to build a unified, high-conviction investment platform. Today, Farazad Investments executes cross-border structured finance and institutional real estate mandates across Hong Kong, Zug, and Seoul, complemented by specialized advisory services via Farazad Advisory GmbH in Zug. Driven by a commitment to sustainable innovation, he also serves as a majority shareholder in NuGreen Holdings AG, scaling proprietary clinker-free, low-carbon building technology globally.
